Summary

The solution introduces a new level of flexibility to the existing reporting systems. Since the structure of the document is represented in the database with its own descriptor (a set of tables, views and other objects) so at any moment a new document or its version can be introduced to the system. The new document management module allows an easy creation and manipulation of the documents based on MS-Excel templates.

Major Features

A new data exchange feature allows a close cooperation between the central authorities and local bodies. Having the ability to group documents into packages and track their versions brings a new concept to document versioning and reviewing

Data analysis module allows flexible configuration of the reports and saving them in the database. The reports are run against two main entities: subject and activities. And different methods of integral and differential calculus are employed to better represent the results.

For large and complicated reports a temporary repository is used, to allow quick access to once processed data.
